What is original condition?

Please ensure the following before returning:

• Original packaging (the clear poly bag your item arrives in)
• All tags attached (as you received it)
• Unworn (no perfume, no make-up stains and/or other signs of wear)
• Unwashed and/or Unsoiled
• Not damaged and/or Repaired
• No alterations
