What should I do if my parcel has been lost or stolen?

Please contact the courier company quoting your tracking number to investigate further.
Don’t forget to take a look around your property, mailroom or lobby thoroughly!

If you need further assistance, please contact us at  info@styleaddict.com.au and include your reference number received from the courier company. Both our local and international shipping services have full tracking which both require a signature upon arrival.

Please note we will be  unable to assist with any claims to lost/stolen parcels if; you have approved before the arrival of your parcel directly to the courier or have noted on your order when purchasing any of the following options:
  • No signature required
  • Parcel to be left in a particular place if no body is there to receive it
