How do I return or exchange an item?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the product to us as long as it has not been used and is in its’ original packaging with all tags still intact within 14 days of dispatch.

You must contact Style Addict customer service info@styleaddict.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order to advise of your intention to return the order. We are unable to accept goods that are not in the original sale condition.

The cost of return freight is the responsibility of the customer. It is highly recommended that any returns are sent via Registered Post as Style Addict will not be held responsible for lost items.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that were purchased on sale.
