Unfortunately, this can happen. Whether it is due to an incorrect/incomplete address, refused the delivery, or the parcel not being collected from the post office.
We offer a re-dispatch option once the parcel arrives back at our warehouse, this will incur a fee of POA. Please be sure to contact us if you believe your parcel has been returned to the sender. Otherwise, we will be in contact with you once we have received the parcel.
